BUSH FIRE BEHIND LALUAN C6

February 26 : At about 7-00 pm, our security personnel spotted bush fire spreading rapidly burning up bushes behind the row of houses along Laluan C6.
He immediately contacted the Fire and Rescue Department for assistance fearing that the bush fire might spread to the nearby houses and school . He also informed a few of our committee members about the fire. A team of fire fighters from the Pengkalan Fire and Recsue Station arrived and doused off the fire from spreading further.
We take this opportunity to thank the team of fire fighters for their immediate response and for putting down the fire. And to our security personnel, a word of thank for his alertness.
